General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 200 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs/types?
You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 200 pcs in total. We will manufacture 200 pcs of each design of each type.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

1. What is the product dimension?
The size of the standard wine glass is 61 x 198 mm and the large wine glasses come in 84 x 220 mm.
2. What is the thickness of the glass?
The thickness of the wine glass is between 0.8 - 1 mm.
3. Can I customize the size?
Yes, we have glasses in other capacities too. Please share your requirements and our team will assist you.
4. How many colors can I print?
You can print as many colors as you want.
5. How are they packed?
The glasses are encased in EPE or foam packaging for protection during shipping.
6. How will the glass be shipped? Will they break in shipping?
The glasses are packed in EPE or foam packaging to protect them from damage. Hence, they won’t break during shipping.
