1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs of the identical Double Walled Paper Cups design.
2. Can I split my order of 10,000 pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 5000 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 10,000 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Double Walled Paper Cups
1. What material do you use for double-walled paper cups?
We use food-grade Kraft Paper with PE (polyethylene) coating to make our standard double-walled cups. PE coating makes the cups strong and waterproof. Our double-walled cups have an extra layer of insulation to enable users to handle both hot and cold beverages.
Let us know if you require cups with a PLA coating (plant-based coating that makes cups eco-friendly and compostable). These cups are priced at a premium over our standard ones.
2. Are the double-walled paper cups recyclable?
Double-walled paper cups with PE coating are recyclable.
