1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity for custom tissue packs is as follows:
Custom Plastic Wallet Tissue Packs: 5000 pcs
Custom Cardboard Tissue Packs: 5000 pcs
Custom Cube Tissue Box: 1000 pcs
Custom Rectangular Tissue Box: 1000 pcs
2. Can I split my order of 5000 pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 2500 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 5000 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 15 days.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Custom Tissues
1. What material are the tissues made of?
The tissues are made of Virgin Wood Pulp, with a density of 15 gsm.
2. What does the term ‘'ply’’ mean in tissues?
Ply is the number of layers that the tissue has. For example, the tissue designated as 1 ply means that it is made with one layer of paper. 2 ply tissue means that it is made with two layers of paper.
