Soft pile plush fabric gives your custom plush toys a smooth look and a soft finish to touch.

Leave the long and short of it to us. Our product specialists will recommend the type of plush fabric you should go for based on your design.
Machine Washable
Faux Fur Plush Fabric
Faux fur gives your plush toys a warm, furry, and shaggy appearance.

General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical plush toy design.
2. Can I split my order of 100pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 500 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 30 to 45 days.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)
2. I need help with my design. Can you help?
Our in-house designers can help you design your custom plush toys. Please write to us at sales@gumtoo.sg to get started with great eye-catching designs.
Prototype
1. Can I get a physical prototype first, before I place my bulk order?
Once the order is confirmed, we will create a pre-production prototype of each design and share an image or video of the same, before proceeding with mass production.
If you want to produce a prototype before confirming the order, sampling charges are applicable. It depends upon the design. Share your design to get the sampling cost.
