General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pcs of identical poly mailer design. 

2. Can I split my order of 1,000 pcs into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 500 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 1,000 pcs of each design.

3. How many colours can you print?

We can print 2 colours on front and 2 colours at the back of the poly mailer. The more the number of colours you opt for, the higher the cost of the poly mailer.

4. Can I have different base colour of poly mailer as it matches my brand colour?

We print on white base poly mailer. However, if you want to customise the colour of the poly mailer, thickness of the poly mailer surely we can do it. The minimum order quantity for such customisation is 5,000 pcs for identical poly mailers.

5. What is thickness of poly mailer?

We offer 60 microns as a standard poly mailer thickness. This thickness is enough if you are sending apparels, books are magazines. If you need thicker poly mailer let us know.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order let us know your favoured method of payment and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are your registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Poly mailers

1. Are Poly mailers waterproof?

Poly mailers are water-resistant and not 100 percent waterproof. During shipping, your poly mailer shipment may get exposed to water in the form of rain or humidity. For such weather conditions, poly mailers offer great protection. It is unlikely that your package will get completely immersed in water, so packaging your shipment in poly mailers is the right choice.

2. Are poly mailers recyclable?

Poly mailers are made from plastic material LDPE, which is recyclable and has a recycling code of #4. Poly mailers can be recycled by disposing them in designated areas/bins for plastic waste.

Poly mailers which have a grey/black color on the inside, are usually made with recycled material. The ones with white color inside are made of virgin plastic. The percent of recycled material in poly mailers depends upon the technology used by the manufacturer. Currently, there are very few poly mailer options available in the market which are made from 100 percent recycled material and which are 100 percent recyclable.

3. Are poly mailers tamper-proof?

Poly mailers are sealed using a hot melt adhesive on the flap. Your product, once sealed, cannot be removed without tearing the poly mailer. You can also secure poly mailers with sturdy, but easy to peel off self-seal adhesive strip. If someone attempts to open the package in transit, it will be evident to the receiver of the poly mailer.
