General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs of identical woven bag design.
2. Can I split my order of 1000pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 500 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 1000 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About PP woven bags
1. What is a PP woven bag?
PP woven bags are made from Polypropylene (PP), a kind of thermoplastic resin material produced by the polymerization of propylene. Woven polypropylene are PP threads that have been woven in two directions (warp and weft) to create a light, but strong and heavy-duty material.
2. How much load can the bag carry?
The bag can hold from 5kgs to 30 kgs of load, depending on the style and size
3. Can I wash the bag?
Yes, we recommend hand wash in cold water for the bags.
4. How long does the bag stay?
The bag is non-staining, puncture and tear-resistant, and moisture/oil resistant. It can withstand multiple washes. You can take the bag to get your groceries, out to the beach, on a picnic, everywhere for a long time.
